• 1 cup sugar 1 / 4 cup butter,
• 1 / 3 cup light corn syrup,

1. To assemble your colored popcorn balls, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in a medium saucepan.

2. Now, divide your popcorn already jumped on a cookie sheet. You may require first to cover the sheet of cookies with either parchment paper or wax. Since, making popcorn balls can be a big mess, and it will save you much trouble to clean later.

3. Turn on the stove and put your ingredients to make a caramel on top. If you have a candy thermometer, now is the time to use it. Now keeping the medium heat, allow all the ingredients to boil. Make sure you are stirring the mixture often so the sugar does not burn.

4. Once your caramel came to a boil, stop stirring and bring to 270 degrees F, then remove immediately from heat.

5. Now add the vanilla extract and pulp color. You only need a thin batter. Add, whatever color popcorn you want. Stir everything well if the color is evenly distributed.

6. Now, pour the mixture quickly on your caramel popcorn on the cookie sheet. You want the popcorn to take as regularly as possible with the caramel. I use a spatula to help at this point.

7. Now, to form balls that you will first need to use a little butter for greasing hands or they stick to the popcorn, making your job more difficult. Once the popcorn has cooled enough that you can easily handle without burning your hands, pick up the popcorn and turn it into balls the size you want.

8. Make sure not to wait too long to form the popcorn balls, the faster the hardening caramel and then you're out of luck.
